They allow their residents to run wild and pose a serious threat to the public. They refuse to talk to the police. They won't take the phone away from residents when they are cyberstalking and threating swatting on people. They do not care if their residents cost someone else's life.

I'm a mother of my daughter who is currently at pinetree Court Rumney in Cardiff, she is always full of bruises when myself and my wife gets to see her, a former employee who visited my property escorting my daughter told me that the clients were antagonised more so in the evening and they would get a PRN then sent off to bed just for a easy shift, the communication is pathetic to be honest, I'll be glad when she is out of the damn place, at least I will be able to get more contacts with her and no more bruises and 4 years o... read more
