Went to get an inspection and mistakingly had the wrong paperwork in hand. Instead of this being explained I was told to "use my head". Obviously this is not the treatment a customer wants or expects when going somewhere to pay for a service. Maybe its time for the owner to retire if he dosn't have the patience anymore to treat his clientelle with respect. Certainly wont be returning and will be spreading word to my clients and associates in the area to look for an alternate service center.
