Great experience for sprained ankle. Lucked out and saw Matt the orthopedic PA and saved me a trip to Springfield/Rutland. Great experience with front desk and NA staff.
Charged me $300 to give me a covid and flu test.
Everyone was so kind and friendly and their check-in process was so efficient! We came to the walk-in with a sick kid and they took great care of us in such a personable way.
Had a chunky laceration from skiing that needed stitches and the team at Ludlow was awesome. We called ahead to confirm they had room, and even with a full house they were able to see me within 2 hours. It's not a 24/7 place, but the people there are great and honest about expectations
