When looking for a place to treat your pets like family the Ludlow animal clinic provides the setting your dogs and cats health is the priority and it shows.
This is the worst vet clinic I’ve ever been to the receptionist it’s just disgustingly awful and they treat their clients like dog shit and Dr. Bacon is extremely unprofessional and rude. Be aware do not take your pet here !
Worst experience of my life bringing my pet here and dealing with the incompetent rude staff, specifically Tammy. I"m not sure how they acquired her, but they should return her for a full refund. I recently decided to take my pet elsewhere because of the way I have been treated. I have a bleeding disorder and had to have my pet declawed in order to keep him. New owner Dr Eva and her staff are amazing!!! They are so caring and compassionate. I am so thankful for all they have done for my dogs. I can tell you that they are so loving that even after surgery my dog gets excited to see them. Highly recommend!!!
