NEVER again ! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I worked with Eric & joline ( however you spell it ) they were both inconsiderate. They spelled my mother’s name wrong on her death certificate & urn , and made us feel like it was our fault when they never double checked for spelling. Ridiculous. All they cared about was the money after we paid we reached out for questions we had they completely ignored us. where to start and came across luddy cremation care and i am so thankful i did! Eric and Ben were true professionals and extremely helpful and supportive through a very difficult time. Their entire staff was easy to work with and made the process as easy as it could be. I loved them so much that i went back to them when my father passed away. I highly recommend them to anyone! Also, not only was the staff wonderful but they are extremely affordable and don’t rip you off!
