I regret bringing my mom to this salon for a perm. The service was performed by the owner, Lucy, and the results were devastating. The perm severely damaged my mom’s hair, leaving it brittle, with a gum-like texture, and causing significant hair loss. It took years for her hair to recover, and even now, it is not the same as it was before. To make matters worse, Lucy was extremely rude, not only to my mom but also to me when we raised our concerns.
