Beautiful flowers & exceptional service! I stopped in last minute for a birthday bouquet, summer hill corner and they put together the most stunning arrangement. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and lasted well over a week. The staff was friendly and clearly passionate about their work. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered as almost dying and there was no water in the foam to keep the flowers hydrated.

Disappointing review about Lucy’s Florist Summer Hill. My dad purchased 2 bouquets from Lucy’s Florist on Wednesday 20/11 this week. Today, 21/11 the roses were all wiltered and losing their petals which means they are dying. Being only a day old, they shouldn’t be doing this. My mum went to Lucy’s Florist today to ask why they are dying only being a one day old. Lucy was not happy and decided to accuse my mum of doing something in order to kill the flowers. Was looking for bouquet of flowers to celebrate a 30 year wedding anniversary. Met the owner Lucy who selected 2 bunches of flowers, included a bunch of roses. The next day the Roses were half dead and the other bouquet looked poor...cost was around $91.00 Will never go back there and will never recommend Lucy's Florist ever again. Should close and was ripped off.
