I ordered some flowers and I was meant to pick it up at 4pm. I got stuck in a meeting while my phone was on DND. The owner tried calling me twice but I didn’t get the messages until 5:15 when I came out of the meeting. Even though it was after the shop closing time, she was still waiting for me to come get the flowers. It was a gift and they loved it. Thank you!!
Advertised as being open 8:30am Saturday. No signs of life in the shop ar 8:50am.
Beautiful flowers & exceptional service! I stopped in last minute for a birthday bouquet, summer hill corner and they put together the most stunning arrangement. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and lasted well over a week. The staff was friendly and clearly passionate about their work. Highly recommend for any occasion!
Unfortunately the flowers were delivered as almost dying and there was no water in the foam to keep the flowers hydrated.
Disappointing review about Lucy’s Florist Summer Hill. My dad purchased 2 bouquets from Lucy’s Florist on Wednesday 20/11 this week. Today, 21/11 the roses were all wiltered and losing their petals which means they are dying. Being only a day old, they shouldn’t be doing this.
