I wish I would of seen this before I got my daughter dress here the worst service ever. If someone know the owner there please have him get in touch with me he or she needs to know what kind of service they have in that store.
Came twice the first time my daughter she was told she had to make appt. with a lady who said to her well we need the rest of the wedding party there it's no wedding party just beautifu dress for to wed ..Okay so she keeps appt. for dress try on an we stood there over 30 min waiting for help looking through books at dresses an Not one person helped us a lady was near registar she never asked if we need help nothing from walked pass us several times still no help ...I HAVE shopped here since 2013 everytime I need a formal or ... read more
The have Beautiful Dresses and I really wanted to buy a dress that I tried on, but I left. For me to buy the dress would have said the way I was treated was acceptable. It was BAD and I can't find words to describe my experience. Should you decided to go to Lucy's, do so with GREAT caution.
That owner lady (Lucy) whatever she is, is hella rude no customer service skills whatsoever. Idk who told her she should manage a store. Do not go there. The prices are ridiculous & everything is over priced.
The worst experience also!!! The manager Lucy is absolutely ridiculous ... her customer service skills are non existent! She double charged me and lied to me for days ... I finally had to call police and my bank today. Terrible handling of my situation !����
