Lucy Furniture has become my go-to for furnishing needs over the past year, especially for outfitting three bedrooms at different times. Drivers beware!! Avoid this business and the recklessly driven delivery van like the plague!! And don't bother calling the number on the side of the van to report the reckless driving. The guy who answers will be the one driving the van. He will just berate you and threaten you with violence.
This place is a go if you are with a heavy tight budget. But, you get what you pay for. I took 3 seater reclining and love seat sofa. One and half years and it is gone. The wooden pieces under the sofa broke and it doesn't recline to the full. The seats went low(even with cushion) because of the cheap material. I would definitely NOT recommend this place if you need your furniture that atleast lasts for 4-5 years.
They didn't respond to me on time, i like there prices but, no display... Seems like they are busy all the time....
We bought a dining table from Lucy furniture. We needed it in a hurry and Victor worked his magic and delivered it in a day. Their service and response time was impeccable. They assembled the table in our house and were so detailed in ensuring the quality and condition of the product.
