Still never responded to the court judgement against them for selling damaged furniture. Rude and arrogant owner (Victor) 3 years later and the owners still REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH COURT JUDGEMENT TO REFUND US FOR DAMAGED FURNITURE THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE. Still, after a year and a half, REFUSING TO COMPLY WITH COURT JUDGEMENTE to refund us for damaged furniture they sold us and wouldn't exchange. Lucy Furniture has become my go-to for furnishing needs over the past year, especially for outfitting three bedrooms at different times. Working with Victor and Lucy has been an exceptional experience. Victor is consistently responsive, always answering calls and texts promptly. Drivers beware!! Avoid this business and the recklessly driven delivery van like the plague!! And don't bother calling the number on the side of the van to report the reckless driving. The guy who answers will be the one driving the van. He will just berate you and threaten you with violence.
This place is a go if you are with a heavy tight budget. But, you get what you pay for. I took 3 seater reclining and love seat sofa. One and half years and it is gone. The wooden pieces under the sofa broke and it doesn't recline to the full. The seats went low(even with cushion) because of the cheap material. I would definitely NOT recommend this place if you need your furniture that atleast lasts for 4-5 years.
