Emily was recommended to us by a close friend. After the initial meeting with her we knew straight away that we wanted her to be a part of our birth experience. Emily was amazing. When I first heard the suggestion of using a Dula I was a bit apprehensive. I joked with my partner that if we interviewed some perspective dula's I would have some questions ready about astrology and crystals in my back pocket that i could use as immediate disqualifiers.
