Bring my grandma in for all her appointments for last few years now and everytime we have a scheduled appointment it's ATLEAST one hour wait no question EVERY time. Schedule less appointments if you can't get people in any where close to time we are expected to show up. Peoples time matter and I know there's usually always a wait when your at a doctor's office but this is actually rediculous. I think next time we will pull up an hour late that way we cut an hour off the wait time.
Gone to her for 2 annual physicals and once when she was running the clinic care. Doesn't read patient folders to know who she is seeing and stands outside the door to your room arguing with her receptionist for 20 minutes for you to be seen in less than 5.
