My Mom called Dr Shih on a late Sunday morning asking for an urgent appointment. She just started using a hearing aid in the last month or so. However, in the last day or so, she experienced a sudden loss of hearing. She was in a panic. Although not a regular patient , Dr Shih was kind enough to meet us in 15 mins in her office at 12 noon!!! Yes! And she was very patient, methodical and took her time to interview my mom.
