I tried to edit my previous comment but was not able to. Your response is duly noted and displays what type of establishment this is. It says a lot about a business when owner gets defensive and is tit for tat, instead of leaving a simple comment. I just think you could have been a little more tactful KYLIE. This is an update from my original review posted in March 2025. The manager/owner just now responded to my review from over a year ago. Myself and my group could not sit down at this place because the music was so horrible. I did put in this review that we didn’t know what the food would be like. It was the atmosphere that was one star. I have noticed that the owner/manager leaves scathing responses for people that had a bad experience like myself. Not very professional. The bartender was border line smart ass. I got her name but maybe she was having an off day. I just wanted service.
While we were at Uncle David's, we met the bar manager for Lucy's and she invited us to stop by and try their tacos. They were doing taco Tuesdays with a smaller street taco style of their full tacos. We wouldn't do the street tacos again. The tortillas weren't as fresh and the ingredients in the street tacos were only okay. The full size taco baskets were great. The Lanai City tacos we could eat baskets of every single day.
