Lucy is the number one person to go to if you want that perfect beige bright blonde. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is willing to work with you and tell you step by step what it takes to achieve the look. She is super funny and a warm person to be around. Have been going to her for 3 years and love everything about her. No one else competes with perfecting that amazing blonde!
