Nelly is the absolute best. She is amazing. I always feel special and she’s always excited to see me as I am to see her. It’s like an hour of catching up with an old friend. 1000/10 service, experience, and quality. I’ve been going to Nelly for years to get my manicures and her work is so clean and perfect EVERY time. I’m always satisfied and my nails last a long time. Will always keep driving to Nelly to get manis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the management here. I cannot recommend this salon, particularly for anyone looking for a welcoming environment or service consultations. I attempted to do a walk-in for a waxing service during their early hours because their online system wouldn't allow me to book two services at the same time. I love love love the service I get here. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and I am beyond happy with the wonderful service I get. I had tried so many other nail shops that I was never happy with and finally found this amazing place. My nails always look flawless and I get so many compliments. My pedicure is done by Mr Tim. a bit upset about this pedicure. I chose the signature one that came with additional stuff and said 40 minutes. It was 25 minutes and pretty sure I didn’t get all that was on the list for the signature pedicure. I’m very new to Chandler and chose this place based on reviews. I hadn’t had a pedicure in close to a year. I was treating myself for my birthday and ended up unhappy which makes me upset. To make it even better, I was forced to used Zelle or Venmo when they indeed took credit cards. Sadly, I won’t be back. Bummer!
