very inconsiderate of your time. they will sit you down in a chair with water running and make you wait minimum 30 minutes until they start on you.
Terrible place to go to . And when you tell them what they are doing wrong they ignore you and act like they don’t understand your language . Do not go there . A man did his toes and he took longer than I did and he was already getting his service when I sat down . I got a half ass service and told them I’m here to relax and I feel rushed thru out the whole service

I had a great experience at Lucy Nails! The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive. They take their time and really focus on detail to make sure everything looks perfect. The salon is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. My nails came out beautiful and exactly how I wanted them. Highly recommend Lucy Nails—I’ll definitely be coming back!
