for the record, I have given this place so many chances (because it’s convenient, I’m so close to this place I can walk there) but every time I’ve gone I get the same experience and walk out unhappy with my manicures. I’m not sure if I can call them nail techs because they lack it all. a simple gel manicure with with 3 tips and it looks like I’ve dipped my fingers in a jar of gel left with so much excess under my nails! it’s so thick you can see from a mile away. service isn’t bad and the results are usually decent but I went in for a service today and they upcharged me without letting me know and notifying me of the price difference. also had my eyebrows waxed and I showed a photo of what I wanted it to resemble and she did something else and said oh this is prettier… could have been way worse but also could have been a little better. I will still come here only when my usual nail salon is closed.

I made an appointment with a specific person and when I walked in she was working on another person, nowhere near finished. I asked for someone else (good thing because the gal I booked wasn’t finished until a half hour later) and it was like she never gave a pedicure before. Why take appointments if you aren’t going to honor them!!!
