Booked an appointment yesterday with booksy for today at 10am. Literally showed up at the place 15 minutes prior and then got a notification that they denied my appointment. Yall couldn't tell me yesterday that it couldn't happen? Now I wasted my time driving up to you for nothing. Thanks a lot. Definitely not going to book here again. What's the point with putting an open slot in booksy when you're just going to deny me?
