If you want a Dr. who truly listens to you and doesn't make you feel rushed and on top of that is very nice, then look no further. Dr. Lucy Huo checks all those boxes! Her Assistant is also very nice!
I had a very disappointing experience with this provider. My long-term medication, which I have been on since childhood, was discontinued without proper communication or consideration of my medical history. I felt ignored and unsupported, and the decision had a real impact on my health. I expected more care, compassion, and professionalism.
I am so upset and feel disrespected by the front staff. I had come in to get labs drawn for my MIL and had called prior before coming in. The staff on the phone told me that lab closes at 430 and if I could be there before then, then I could be helped. I did my best and reached there at 421 pm only for the front staff to let me know that they can't help me because walk in hours are not available and the front staff didn't even try to accommodate me.
