I highly recommend Dr. Florez she is incredibly smart, takes the time to truly listen and get to know you, and always gives you her undivided attention. I really appreciate how she explains things I don’t understand and always welcomes my questions. Most importantly, she treats me like an individual, not just a number, and I never feel judged. My first bad experience here. Check in was good but waited 20 minutes to be called. The PA (I assume) Valerie was aloof and even after I told her I was hard of hearing made no effort to get closer to me to ask questions. After she told me the doctor would be right with me, I waited another 20 minutes in the room. I am claustrophobic, so challenging. I was pleasantly surprised with Dr. Florez. I was not happy with my last resident care provider, but from first impression, I think Dr. Florez and I might work together well. I like that she listened and seems to be interested in keeping me motivated to get help for ongoing issues I haven't been addressing.
