When the water doesn't drain out of your shower because they couldn't get a decent angle and now my water is leaking through the 2nd floor to the first because they couldn't properly seal it either, yeah not recommended
It is incredibly difficult to get Lucky's to perform maintenance and repair work on our heating system, a system they installed. We have had a dysfunctional valve for almost 6 months and our calls/emails have gone largely ignored as we desperately try to get it serviced before turning on heat for the winter. They still have not put us on a schedule to come out and get it repaired. I will be seeking out a more responsive and supportive business.
Must be they don't need furnace/boiler business, because they are hard to get a hold of. And when you do reach them they may try to talk you into fixing your oil boiler/expansion tank yourself. 🤦♂️ Then, if you do set up an appointment weeks in advance, they won't show. 2 days in a row now. Look elsewhere.
