We had Luckys Pet Resort watch over our FOUR dogs while we were gone over Labor Day weekend. This was the first time our newest addition was ever kenneled and only the second time our other 3 were. We’ve always used in home sitters. We were so amazed at the place. It doesn’t even feel like a kennel when you walk in. We opted for the LuckyTown Kennels as we were probably just as nervous as our dogs were being left behind. This place is amazing! They care for my fur babies as if they were their own. They know each animal in their care so well that if something is off, they notice. I never have to worry about boarding my dogs when we go on vacation. The staff is so friendly and caring. Couldn’t recommend more!
They have taken care of my fur baby since he was 13 weeks old. tThe staff is awesome and Enzo loves his home away from home. Lucky's is truly his second home. Thank you to all the staff!
We love how well behaved our dog Bellinger has become after his in kennel training. I highly recommend Lucky’s Pet Resort to everyone.
Kristie is absolutely amazing , kind and compassionate . Thanks to luckys several homeless pets from guilford county animal shelter have been given a second chance to find forever homes. For example sweet Katie- she is super dog friendly , obedient , timid. Has been waiting for a special family to adopt her♥️
I love Lucky’s and my dog looks forward to going daycare.
We Left Our Puppy Here For 8 Days for $380.00 At This Resort. This included extra playtime and treats, and nature walk. We came back to a sick puppy. Hacking cough. Ended up with a $200 vet bill. Called to let them know...denied any knowledge of sick dog. Staff reported no knowledge of ever having a sick dog. Never again!! Beware!
