Being from Greensboro, I’ve always been told this is the nicest place to board your dogs. This was our first time boarding our 2 pups here. First problem was the fees. I paid $600 for a week, my mom boarded her dogs at another local place and paid 1/2 of that which included her grooming. We Left Our Puppy Here For 8 Days for $380.00 At This Resort. This included extra playtime and treats, and nature walk. We came back to a sick puppy. Hacking cough. Ended up with a $200 vet bill. Called to let them know...denied any knowledge of sick dog. Staff reported no knowledge of ever having a sick dog. Never again!! Beware!
