Excellent dog resort Lucky's is the only place we would trust to leave our little Boston Terrier. They have many options to choose from from small cages to resort like bed accommodations. Our little puppy enjoyed the personalized attention and came home very happy.

Max's Mommy We love Lucky's!!! We have been going there for about a year now and we could not be happier. The staff is always friendly and when Max enters the building he is ready to go and doesn't look back. They also have a new groomer who has Max looking his best. We have never been happier. Lucky's is a wonderful place to leave your pet for grooming, a weekend, a week you name it. They are wonderful.

Great facility and wonderful personnel Lucky's is a wonderful daycare and boarding facility. The accommodations for the animals is great. The personnel get to know your animal and provide them with special attention.

"Dog Business from hell" worst experience i have ever had in my 20 years of owning a dog-- and i'm from a horse ranch! the groomer "forgot" about my dog, left her without water for over ten hours in a kennel! when we got home, she had bald spots where she was randomly shaved, and she cut the inside of her leg and didn't tell us! then the groomer called me the next day, was disrespectful, rude, and said that i- i was badgering her!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER & OWNER!! On Oct.14, my husband & I dropped our 3 dogs off for boarding at Lucky's. We've been about 5 times. Every time we mention that one dog is nervous from the car ride and nippy. They take them back, bring our leashes back to us & always say they all do great while we're gone. This time, the mgr walked up to my husband who was with the nervous dog. He told her to be careful. She reached down behind his head & got nipped. I said "Are you alright? I'm sorry!" Great experience We have been taking our dogs to Luckys for 7 years now. We have had a wonderful experience. The facility is clean and my dogs love to go there to board and/or attend daycare.

Being from Greensboro, I’ve always been told this is the nicest place to board your dogs. This was our first time boarding our 2 pups here. First problem was the fees. I paid $600 for a week, my mom boarded her dogs at another local place and paid 1/2 of that which included her grooming. Second, you would think when paying this much, your dogs would come back well taken care of and the place would be clean. Not the case! The front of the luckys looks amazing. I have a Great Pyrenees that was groomed by Amelia today! She is amazing!! I was able to tour the daycare areas, which are so clean and well maintained! This place is a gem and wish I had found it sooner.
