A much needed grocery and speciality food store for the location with a great selection of the fresh foods!
We've shopped here 3 times since you opened and love the store! The pork chorizo is spicy awesomeness, the vanilla tea cake is yummy, and we love that the registers are always manned, so that checkout is a breeze. Yes, some things are a bit pricey compared to Kroger and the like, but compared to Whole Foods and Plum, the prices are quite reasonable. Looking to do more of our shopping here!
We visited last weekend and it was love at first site! SO many options that it was borderline overwhelming, but in a great way! We enjoyed our casual stroll through even with an over tired preschooler ;-) The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely seemed like they love what they do. I heard some of them even singing! What an environment to be around. I only wish we weren't moving to Boston in a few months. I feel the sadness already and have only been there once! Keep up the wonderful work.
This place is nice! Although, I dont like the mono/di-glicerides or enriched flours in some of the bakery breads. Also, I don't like that they have product on the floor until the end of the day of expiration. But, the rest of the store and their selection is great! I am actually super glad to see little conventional food options to choose from... In my opinion, thats a big step forward.
