This company did an excellent job of inspecting my chimney and explaining my options. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.
The technicians saved us money on our request to clean our dryer vent when they tested the pressure before starting work to sweep the vent pipe, and confirmed that the sweep was not needed. We paid only for an inspection and not the higher charge for a vent sweep.
The specialist was very thorough and explained everything to me. Since that gas unit is not built anymore he explained what they would do if indeed we wanted to replace the existing unit with a newer unit.
