Would not even bother looking at my fireplace because it is 3 stories up, as is a lot of College Hill homes. I tried to explain that the fireplace is sitting on a mostly flat area and access is thru the 3rd floor ceiling. He just said no.

I wish we would have been able to help you. Unfortunately, the height and steepness of your roof as well as the age and condition of the chimney were a safety concern for us. We have to take that into consideration and very occasionally have to walk away from a job to protect our health and therefore our livelihood.
Gary and Nathan are very knowledgeable and trustworthy, hard working and reasonable priced. Do not use Safe Home Hearth and Chimney. They charge to much and do not care about you and your needs.
