I had a really frustrating experience at Lucky’s Barbershop in Hesperia with Martin. He double-books appointments and then cancels on you the same day, which is extremely unprofessional. What’s even worse is that he doesn’t honor his own booking system, so your appointment time basically means nothing. It completely wastes your time and shows a lack of respect for customers. Customer service was disappointing overall. I wouldn’t recommend booking here if you’re expecting reliability.
