anyone conducting business with this company, beware!! they lie and try to use bad reviews to cause you to do what they want. They will tell you one thing and do something else every time. They will approve a repair and then have someone else say it was not approved. Whatever they can do to get you to reduce a honest bill so they dont have to pay. I'm a 26 year veteran truck driver and I've worked for Lucky World almost 2 years now and I must say that I have no plans on ever leaving this company. My dispatcher and I are always on the same page which makes life over the road much more hassle free. Although no company is perfect Lucky World is the closest thing that comes to it . The pay is excellent and the office personnel treat me like family. If you work hard and are looking for it to pay off give them a chance.
