I had a very negative experience at this store. A staff member refused to assist me and insulted me with offensive word. When I complained, management dismissed it as a misunderstanding instead of taking full responsibility.
Very bad experience! I received extremely unfair treatment from a staff member named Khoi at this store last Saturday. I was the first person in line at the counter to collect my package. After the staff member confirmed that my package was in the store’s warehouse, he told me to wait on the side and then began serving customers who were behind me in line.
