Great gym for ladies! My girlfriend signed up for their gym. She loves it. The trainers in their helped her shed 8lbs in 2 months.
This place is a gem for people who want to workout and see results without killing yourself and have the additional help you need. Shannon is amazing instructor/coach. All equipment get sanitize. Everyone is very friendly. If you looking to start a new Journey and get fit this is the place for you. Go try it out they have a free trial. I am so thrilled to have found Lucky! I have been working out here for 2 years and it never gets boring! The trainers at this boutique gym take a personal interest in all members, correcting form, making adjustments for my bad knees and joints, etc. Every workout is challenging and never the same.
