2,000 dollars to file taxes … simple tax return no adjustments made . Charged for software. Never told me how much they charged . Just said my irs refund amount . Never said refund amount minus their fee. I felt robbed. We had the client read, review, and sign their paperwork prior to transmitting their return to the IRS. We are almost into a new year and she's acting like she we haven't already resolved at the beginning of the year.
