This place is a complete rip-off and appears to have questionable business practices. I brought in quality brand-name clothing and it isn't even listed among the stuff I consigned. Do not sell your clothes here! It's a complete scam. And they sell your clothes at ridiculously low prices. You're lucky if you make more than $5. And she won't cut a check for less than $5, so if you sell less than that, your only options are to sell more clothes, or suck it up.

I had brought in four practically new Eddie Bauer shirts, along with other items including two pairs of Dickies, one with the tag still on. I changed my mind on two of the shirts, and went in to see if I could get them back. They said they hadn't yet been sold, but I could not find them anywhere in the store, nor were they on the list of items I had brought in. Sketchy business practices. All of the clothing that I purchased had holes from their tagging gun! Super disappointed. If they weren't $.99 I would have asked for a refund! One was torn with a pretty large hole next to their tag hole....maybe watch a few videos on where and how to tag clothing. Won't be back.
Unprofessional. I'm a vendor that supplied valuable collectibles to be sold. there was never an 'inventory' list given back to me of the things she accepted. I shot myself in the foot because I didn't keep a list either as I thought the business would do that. almost all my items sold from what I could see. It's been over two months now and I still haven't gotten a payment. I've left messages and sent emails with no response. I certainly hope I haven't been ripped off. I've contacted the better business bureau.

Consigned items here in Feb 2018. It’s now the end of June and still haven’t received the money owed to me. They never answer the phone and lost the self addressed stamped envelope that they required I drop off to send my check. Manager will never give cash, always says she will send a check. Total scam.
Maybe a good thing if you buy there, but if you wish to consign some clothes there, don't bother. Not good terms, no contract with your clothing priced available so you don't know why you sold and for what. Staff says owner is only available bryeen 11AM-1:PM weekday. Owner says not true. Owner say they always answer thw phone. No they don't . Neither store in Sequim for clothes consignment is acceptable. Try the store associated with The Clothes Horse in Port Townsend. They will be clear with you as to terms and a contact.
