This place is no longer lucky star nails and I don't think Wendy is the owner anymore. The sign outside says "advance nail salon" but the inner signage still says lucky star but there is tape over the pricing; looks to be under new ownership. I went here on a friend's recommendation to get a simple manicure. Everyone was kind but it seemed no one knew what they were doing, nothing was clean which was concerning and my shellac manicure peeled after 2 days, it was also very jagged in some spots. Went for a mani pedi with my mom and this place is a hidden gem in Maple. Very friendly staff, the best foot scrub and massage ever.. and they were really accommodating to our needs. The other salons in the area are really overrated.
Definitely coming back. Amazing place. Highly recommend.
