Food tastes great, no complaints yet, well except for how they open at 11, when I'm craving food earlier.
Did they change hands? Not the same quality! We have been ordering from here for about 15+ years. Our GO TO Chinese takeaway. Always consistently good other than the price increases... But that didn't stop us. However, tonite was clearly different. The dry fried noodle looked very different and the taste was awful. They tasted like old grease? So disappointed. My first time trying this place, despite living in the neighbourhood for years, was great. The food was good with large portions and decent prices. I liked everything but the General Tao's chicken, which was stringy/tough. The staff was very kind, but the 15-25% suggested tip on a takeout order puts a damper on the experience. I am not tipping 15+% after tax for food that I ordered and picked up myself, and the bringing up that suggestion before you leave makes the whole encounter awkward.
I called to order food and the restaurant phone voice message says that they no longer except orders as they are on vacation until the end of summer, WOW
