I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Lucky Spur ranch retreat. It's so pretty!! From day one Sharie was incredible! She answered so many questions and was always kind and helpful. We knew right away this was the venue for us. It's not only a beautiful location, it also includes so many things! Dakon and Jennika with catering were awesome! Wedding overall was good… BUT this is where I say they went TERRIBLY wrong. The workers took all of the food and packed it home for themselves!!!! During the wedding once my entire party all got their first serving the Mrs and I thought it’d be nice to share with the workers because we wanted to be kind but they (the workers) took it too far and took all of the food to the back and packed it all away from themselves! This site is beautiful!! However, we stayed in one of the cabins and the kitchen trash had not been emptied after the prior guests’ stay. The smell and flies were horrendous! The reception and food were fantastic. But, either the a/c couldn’t keep up or it broke. Everyone was sweating and people left early because it was too hot!
Got married here. It was awesome, excellent food options in-house.
Surprisingly good brisket. Best wedding food I can remember in a while. AC in the main reception hall needed some work though
