I’ve ordered some shorty levers and never got them. No answer to my emails, no answer on the phone. A pure rip off. DO NOT order from this shop!
I was told the lead time for my levers would be around two weeks, but the order dragged on far beyond that with no updates or clear explanation. Repeated attempts to get information went unanswered, and the lack of communication made the entire process extremely frustrating. The delays and silence made the experience feel very unreliable and far below the level of professionalism I expected. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from this shop again.
Great service, communication and professionalism. Highly recommended these guys. They made everything for my FXR seamless.
