The massage therapist and receptionist was very nice but when it came to the massage it was extremely rough. I was hoping to get some relaxation but wasn’t able to due to the elbows being pressed in my muscles. I wasn’t asked about preferred pressure and when asked to ease up she did for a second and went back to digging in my back! THIS PLACE US AMAZING. TINA IS THE BEST. GREAT AFFORDABLE PRICES, shows who really know about massages & prices now a days. Is horrible how so many feel entitled to comment negative things yet don't speak up & expect so much for $50/100 for 1 or 2 hours. They have never asked for tip when I've been there & trust me I've been there a lot & my daughters. They put relaxing music & is always quite. I can't believe someone even complained about 3 minutes because they had to get towels & hot stones. But for each it's own.
This is the best massage shop I have ever been to. The masseur is very responsible and solved my shoulder pain problem.
Where do I start, I took my husband here to get a massage and foot rub after a long rough day at work and the price was great at first only $75 for 70 minutes, you can beat that, but like they say sometimes you pay for what you get. It was such a horrible experience for my husband, she was so heavy handed instead of my husband coming out feeling relaxed he came out of the spa sore and in pain. My masseuse was great. That part of the experience was good. HOWEVER there was a guy getting a foot massage right outside my room that was on the phone the WHOLE time. While the masseuse did their job I couldn't fully enjoy the experience. Also, I paid for 60 minutes. If you include the time they go to get towels and stones I probably was shorted 5-7 minutes. The clock clearly says 57min. So pay for an hr get less than? I appreciate there are many moving pieces so I tipped generously but I'm a bit disappointed.
