Today I'm not happy with my eyebrows. I usually see the same woman and she does a great job but today I had a new lady. I'm disappointed with how thin my eyebrows are and the shape is not the same. I didnt tell the lady because I didnt want to make any adjustments that I'd also be unhappy with. I forget the woman's name who usually does my eyebrows, but I will only have her next time. I wish this could be fixed but I feel im stuck with this for now.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Glue was spilled into my hair during my lash appointment, and I had to cut my own hair afterward to get it out. The lashes were poorly done and needed to be removed. When I brought this to the owner’s attention, she refused to offer a refund and felt an apology was sufficient. It was stressful, upsetting, and handled very unprofessionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this business and going somewhere that values client safety and accountability.

My wife is extremely upset after a lady named Sultana spilled lash glue in her hair and she had to cut her hair to get the glue out. She Only texted her that she’s sorry but would not offer a refund to my wife after this experience. We own multiple businesses and this is not the way you run one. My wife just had a baby and this was her first time trying to do something nice for herself, and was left very disappointed. Stay far away from this establishment.
