Have used this pharmacy for nearly 20 years. They have provided excellent customer service. They've gone above and beyond what could have ever been expected. Just found out they are moving, we are Extremely disappointed Most likely won't be shopping at Luckys anymore
Unprofessional and unhelpful pharmacists. They denied a GoodRx coupon despite the fact they are contractually obligated to accept it. They claimed they’d “lose money” if they accepted the coupon, and therefore refused to honor it despite the requirement to do so. Furthermore, they told me I could not use a savings program card from the drug manufacturer. They claimed I was ineligible because of my insurance plan, but did not explain why.
