Sima’s behavior in the pharmacy has been incredibly unprofessional. She frequently “forgets” my disabled mother’s prescription until the very end of the day. Today she refused to fill a prescription when it had been sent by the doctor 1 week before. She immediately yelled and made threatening gesture at my mother when we simply asked for the medication. They are rude, unfriendly. Inconvenient. Dont call when prescription is ready and do not have regular hours for working people.
