I’ll never forget the feeling I got when I walked into this place when Maddie was the manager, the employees were happy and since the new owners took over, the employees seem to be very unhappy and depressed. The new owners are very rude and disrespectful. I feel bad for anyone who works there and for the pets that stay there.
