Rude. Dirty. Unprofessional.
We had taken our dog a couple of times. First impressions were a little sketchy. I had to keep telling myself that the dog hair is part of their business. They took really good care of our dog but this past Saturday was an extreme disappointment. Took my dog to his appointment this past Saturday to find they were CLOSED. Looked to be like they were moving out with no signs on the door and no phone call. No happy.
Friendly, Professional staff with a genuine understanding and Love for your pets and they have a very calming environment.
