Absolutely the friendliest and most flexible customer service I've ever encountered with any pawn shop. Raul understands that sometimes things are tough and he made sure I was able to pick up my watch which I had pawned over 3 months prior and worked with me to get it back! That experience alone is enough to get me on here to write a 5 star review! He then offered to adjustbmy watch so that it fit correctly! Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a little assistance 👍
