I recently decided to sell a TV and thought I would see if this store would be interested because their website specifically says they buy TVs (among other things). When I got to the store and asked, the clerk responded flippantly. Absolutely the friendliest and most flexible customer service I've ever encountered with any pawn shop. Raul understands that sometimes things are tough and he made sure I was able to pick up my watch which I had pawned over 3 months prior and worked with me to get it back! That experience alone is enough to get me on here to write a 5 star review! He then offered to adjustbmy watch so that it fit correctly!
