Mimi did my nails today and it was not to disappoint. She’s so gentle and her work is great. No rush and she’s so sweet.
My daughter tried to say she didn’t like the color, felt uncomfortable, left and told her dad once they left. They then went back and were charged a fee to redo the color. That is manipulative and taking advantage of a situation with a child. Unacceptable and we won’t be back.
Lucky Nails Salon owner & staff; unfortunately is becoming a hit or miss for great customer service. As a black Woman who works hard & spends the same color( green) money there as other customers it's time to speak Truth!! Lately, in being observant their loosing Good Nail Techs, and they've been unapologetic on running late for my scheduled Appts; however, for other non-colored race they check-in regularly while apologizing for their delay.
