Came here with an appointment and was seen immediately. Vivian did a great job on my nails and Kim made sure they were perfect. They did get very busy throughout the time I was there.

Got a pedicure, a lil waxing and foot massage. Kim did a very good job!
I had a very disappointing experience with this nail salon. I had booked an appointment for a special occasion, but when I arrived, they were running over an hour behind and never bothered to contact me or let me know in advance. Communication and professionalism are very important, especially when clients plan ahead for important events. Unfortunately, this lack of consideration ruined the experience, and I will not be returning.
I had an appointment for 4:30 for gel nails that I had made a week prior for my friends birthday. We checked in and were waiting and she told us to sign in without giving us any heads up on how long the wait would be. My friend and I were waiting for 20 minutes and asked when we would be serviced. The lady said around 5:20??!!! Almost an hour after our appointment.
