The only complaint is that if you are being waited on and someone comes in to have eye lashes done the staff will stop what they are doing on you and tend to them the lashes should have to wait like every one else. Some times by the time you are ready to leave you have been there 3 or 4 hours but their work is very amazing

I WILL NOT BE BACK, nor will I recommend them to anyone, last time I was there the walk ins were having hissey's because I was taken in right away with MY APPOINTMENT For the general public and the owners of Lucky Nails who seem to not understand this concept: from the Mirriam-Webster Dictionary appointment noun \ə-ˈpȯint-mənt\ : an agreement to meet with someone at a particular time
