I made an appointment here 2 weeks ago and when i got there, i sat for 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Finally a young girl asked what i needed and i said i had an appointment at 10. She said "sorry you've been sitting there a while" then went back and sat down. Nobody ever updated me on how long or anything. Another customer said she had been in the water for 40 minutes and was ignored the whole time, so she was going somewhere else. I definitely left after an hour of being ignored, what a waste of my time!
This place is very accommodating and professional! I have even taken all three of my children there, several friends and family all for pedicures and they love it! I give everyone there an A+++
I go to Nikki for my nails and she does an amazing job! The rest of the staff are very nice and professional!
