I *really* wanted to like them because they were so close and convenient but they just don't do the best job. I first attempted my nails here and after two weeks ALL of my gel nails popped right off one by one. I work a desk job, it's not like I'm doing manual labor, there was no reason for them to separate like that. I will say that they offered to redo my nails without a charge, which I appreciated and still tipped, but I noticed that there was a pretty noticeable gap between nail and cuticle again. I was having a rough day and came in as a walk-in. My nail tech was incredibly sweet- asked me how I was doing and was so thoughtful throughout our appointment. I know that her main job is to focus on nails but her heartfelt customer service really meant a lot. And my nails look great too.

I’ve been going here for a year now, they saved my cuticles from disaster at another salon. I’ve gotten gel and acrylic and every time it was such clean work! I brought my daughter too and they treated her with such care. I’ve been helped by at least 5 different nail techs here and every single one delivers.
