It is my first visit. A lady recommended it. The man who answered the phone to schedule my appointment was friendly and professional, and he maintained this demeanor when I arrived. However, the female who did my pedicure did not do a great job on my feet, but it wasn't a big problem since she polished my nails well. I have been getting regular gel and they start to chip in just a few days. That never happens to me with just regular gel. Save your money!
Excellent service they are so professional I seriously love this place ! Prices are fair.
Went in 1st time for eyebrows. I wanted them arched an thin. She didnt want to do thin. Theyre my eyebrows. I came home they are arched only. One side looks ok the other one wasnt so they were uneven. This is why i go to Castle Nail owner Olivia does my eyebrows the way i want an perfect every time. Oh an no customer service either. Never going back
Love this place! Always quick and well done. Would not bother making an appointment though, they will take a walk-ins regardless of standing appointments.
