I usually have a decent experience with them all the times before until I got a manicure by Nancy the nail tech who demanded a tip even though I was injured during the process (she acknowledged that I was injured by her with the drill) (she was distracted and wasn't careful). She also changed the original price of what they would cost at the cash register. Ironically the shortest nails I've gotten done from there was the most expensive. I wouldn't recommend her to do your manicures.

Horrible service. Walked in to fix one nail and they told me to wait. Three girls walked in after me and a gentleman and they took all of them instead. Racist and very poor service

BEWARE: I came here for the 2nd time for a gel manicure on my bare short nails, which I've done prior. This tech, who I've never dealt with before, said it could not be done because it would not be pretty enough. I told her well let me try some tips, which I really didn't mind adding on. But then she said she does not know how to do it and I'd have to wait 20 minutes to get it done, which is no guarantee.
